Under The Floodlights was created to shine a light on the talented people that make Non-League football special, while giving me a platform to share my own insight and experiences from within the game.
I’m Brandon Fenna, a football scout with experience across the English non-league system, working in talent identification, recruitment and opposition analysis. My scouting journey has taken me through roles with Petersfield Town, Gosport Borough and most recently Poole Town, supporting management teams with player recruitment, match preparation and squad planning.
Through countless matches, reports and conversations around the game, one thing has always stood out, there are incredible players, coaches and stories outside the professional spotlight that deserve more recognition.
